Cancellation Policy

We have a clear and transparent cancellation policy that includes all the valid and essential information that a user needs to understand and read before they proceed with their decision of cancelling an order that’s been placed with us.

It’s a vital policy that’s a part of our pharmacy since we deal in abortion medications that need to be processed and shipped at the earliest and any sort of cancellations made can impact different aspects of shipment.

Read the below-provided information carefully before proceeding 

We only accept cancellation of orders within 2 hours of order placement. We will not accept any cancellations after this duration.

The orders canceled within 2 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.

Once the package is shipped and also once the tracking details are sent, order cancellation will not be accepted. In such cases, we will not be held responsible for providing a refund.

Our cancellation policy is not applicable if the customer has chosen a priority overnight express shipping or overnight shipping method.

In case an incorrect shipping address is provided, and the customer claims for cancellation, we do not cancel those orders.

We permit cancellation of the order if you inform us about the incorrect shipping address within 2 hours of order placement and wish to change the address and get the package shipped to the correct shipping address instead of canceling the complete order.

Follow the below steps for canceling an order 

You must communicate about the cancellation of your order via email.

Ensure that you provide the order details such as order id, full name, shipping address, product details and valid reason for cancellation. (Within 2 hours of order placement)
