Our refund policy is strictly unbiased and it’s a major part of our customer service so that customers can place their order easily. We provide a refund of the customer purchase if it meets the terms and conditions that fall under our refund policy. We would advise customers to go through this section once before they claim a refund.
Once an order has been shipped, and the product received by the customer is not what they’ve ordered and is completely a different product, we offer a refund. A customer can also opt for reshipment of the required product rather than getting a refund.
This is generally never a case in our shipments but, if the package gets seized by the customs, the customer becomes eligible for a refund. In case a customer requests for reshipment, we will ship it without additional charges.
We do not provide a refund under the following conditions –
A customer cannot claim for a refund in case there’s a delay in the shipment of the product. The delivery delay can be caused due to number of reasons such as bad weather conditions, national holiday, invalid or an incomplete shipping address.
Once the tracking details are provided, the customer cannot request for a refund. This is applicable for all the payment gateways displayed on the website.
In order to claim a refund, the customer needs to drop us an email with precise details.
A 70% of refund of the total amount will be initiated within 8 days from the date of intimation. (Deducted charges consists shipping and custom clearance fees)
The customer needs to return the parcel to claim refund, once it reaches the sender, it will take about 8-12 business days for the refund to be completed.
