Onlywomencare.com is here to help and support you with your buying or returning decisions. We believe in a transparent return policy in order to make it very clear for the customer to understand under what circumstances can they return the product before they decide to do so.
We do not accept a product return in case a discount is provided to you later or if the discount was availed at the checkout page during the order placement procedure.
The items that you intend to return must be in their original packaging. If the product is fully or partially used or in a damaged condition, then the package will not be accepted for return.
The refund amount of the returned product will be through the mode of payment that is chosen by us.
Our team will only make one attempt to collect the package from you. In case you are unavailable during the scheduled date/day and we do not receive the product, then we shall assume that you have liked the product and do not intend to return it. We will not make any second or further attempts to collect the package from you.
We will notify you once we receive the returned package via email. An inspection and several checks will be conducted and we shall inform you if the refund is approved or not.
The refund amount requires time to be credited to your account, hence an approximate duration of 30 to 40 business days will be taken for the amount to be refunded to the customer.
NOTE: In most cases, a return attempt fails as the package gets seized in customs. Also, once the order is delivered, it cannot be returned.
