We are very transparent about our services and to ensure making your shopping experience better and more realistic, we have all the desired information displayed concerning our shipping policy and protocols that we follow.
The packages are wrapped securely to avoid any damage to the products while delivery.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, then the package will be sent back to us. To reship the product, the customer will have to pay additional shipping charges.
We would recommend you keep a check on your spam folder as well in case you do not receive the invoice in your inbox.
We ship products through different shipping partners which include USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS Shipping.
We offer three different modes of shipping which are –
Priority Overnight Express Shipping (1 to 2 business days)
Overnight Shipping (3 to 5 business days)
Super Express Shipping (7 to 10 business days)
(The above-mentioned shipping days apply only to the United States)
For countries outside the United States, the shipping days will vary.
We ship orders only on business days which are Monday – Saturday. (The shipping department remains closed on Sundays so an order placed on Saturday evening or Sunday will be processed on Monday)
The shipping address mandatorily requires the street number and apartment number. (if any)
All products are shipped after 12-24 hours of payment completion.
Delivery delays can be expected in case of national holidays, natural calamities, inescapable local post-holiday, non-serviceable areas, strikes, and incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
The tracking details will be sent to the registered email within 12-24 hours of payment completion.
